On April 24, the Coalition of Appraisers in Nevada (CAN) will offer a 4-hour CE class - Write it Better (approval number CE.0009137-A).
Since the advent of the Dodd Frank Act and implementation of the Uniform Appraisal Data (UAD) required communication in the mortgage lending world, the scrutiny of the narrative support for Residential Form reporting has been substantial. The regulations of the secondary markets known as assignment conditions (defined in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice i.e. USPAP and policies of secondary lending) have specific directives and admonitions.
This course highlights core considerations of communicating key points in the residential appraisal assignment. The illustrative examples and collection and excerpts of Handbooks, Selling Guide, and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) are presented to enhance the skills of the participant interested in their performance of a residential appraisal assignment. This is a hands-on curriculum requiring interactive participation.
The fee for this meeting is only $75 for CAN members and $100 for non-members.
Donuts and coffee will be provided.
